"Esse Sweep and Service"

Iain has serviced my Esse iron-heart cooker and swept both chimneys for several years now.

There is never any mess after his visits. He is reliable and reasonably priced and is a genuinely nice guy. Never refuses a coffee.

"Perfect communication"

Great service and workmanship from Chimey Sweeps North East! The glass on our wood burner craked leaving our fire unusable. After contacting Ian he arranged sourcing and repair of our door. Perfect comunication to arrange it all. Highly recommend! The room is one again nice and cosy and the dogs have their favourite spot just in time for the cold weather!

"Advice and help was second to none"

Ian is such a lovely guy. We had Ian come out initially to clean our chimney on buying our property back at Christmas. Nothing was too much trouble for him, the advice and help he gave was second to none. Ian has been back out today for a service and as always he has done an amazing job, we are forever grateful. Can’t recommend enough.

Ian came to sweep our chimney prior to us getting a stove fitted. There were a few extra bits of work required which he tackled no problem. Lovely bloke, very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Spoke to Ian on the phone, turns out I didn’t need my chimney swept. But he gave me really good advice on blocking up my chimney and getting it capped correctly. Really apprecaited his honest advice.

"Polite and courteous"

Ian came and cleaned chimney today. He was very polite courteous, sheeted up before he started work and explained how job was carried out and we had bit banter. Very clean and tidy job I would recommend Ian to anyone.
